ibexa/admin-ui 6.0 requires
ibexa/design-system-twig ~6.0.x-dev, which has no stable release — with this repository'sminimum-stability: stable, composer install fails on any cache-miss (found ibexa/design-system-twig[6.0.x-dev] but it does not match your minimum-stability). Adding it to require-dev carries the root-level dev stability flag, same as ibexa/fieldtype-richtext-rte#46, ibexa/connector-raptor#74, ibexa/permissions#48 and ibexa/dam-user#14.
