- Bumped docker/login-action SHA pin to v4.6.0 in gha-docker-solr.yaml. - Renamed the backend CI workflow display name from "CI" to "Backend CI" and added a bare workflow_dispatch trigger. - Added an explicit php-version input to all five ibexa/gh-workflows composer-install steps in backend-ci.yaml so the installed PHP matches the job matrix. - Guarded the piped code style check with a bash set -euo pipefail prologue so cs2pr cannot mask a check-cs failure.
