- update versions of multiple dependencies in pubspec.yaml and pubspec.lock - includes intl, vector_math, flutter_lints, leak_tracker, test_api, vm_service, async, fake_async - ensure compatibility and stability of the project
- fix animation value null safety issue in skeleton - fix buildContext type issue in toast position - set boxconstraints for height to fix the height issue in tooltip
- replace onPopInvokedWithResult with onPopInvoked
- change arguments of onPopInvokedWithResult from (_, __) to (_, _) to avoid linting error
