Build LeaseGuard, a professional-grade native Kotlin Android application for property managers. The app features a high-contrast Material 3 design, local-first SQLite storage via Room, and automated expiry reminders using WorkManager. It includes advanced document handling (Camera/Gallery), professional PDF reporting, and a robust JSON backup/restore system via the Storage Access Framework (allowing Google Drive integration). Pro features are gated by Google Play Billing v7 and come fully unlocked for testing.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17236832897202251455 started by @iQodeIT

- Full Material 3 UI with Deep Navy theme and smooth transitions.
- Room database for local-first lease and tenant tracking.
- Automated WorkManager notifications for lease expiry (90/60/30 days).
- Document management with Camera/Photo Picker and internal storage.
- Professional PDF report generation and text export.
- Google Drive backup/restore via JSON serialization and SAF.
- Google Play Billing Library v7 integration (Pro features unlocked).
- Edge-to-edge support and API 33+ compliance.
