Summary

add a YAM LeWM inference runbook to the i2rt README
document RunPod server startup, checkpoint symlinks, gem9 SSH, hardware checks, client controls, and recovery steps
capture known gem9 CAN/camera/Tailscale mapping used during the deployment session

Tests

README-only change; no runtime tests run
