Wait for environment clear persistence

Summary

• return the environment persistence promise from updateLocalStorage()
• return/resolve the clear-environment save from clearEnvironments()
• wait for environment clearing inside clearMap() so reset state is fully persisted before the clear flow exits

Addresses part of #19: ghost / leftover map state after clearing the map.

Verification

• git diff --check
• npm run build passes; build reports existing source-map, lint, and bundle-size warnings unrelated to this persistence sequencing fix.
