The sdk-ts submodule had an angle-bracketed URL in docs/decisions/20231110-sdk-package-release.md that was being interpreted as JSX by MDX, breaking the Docusaurus build. Updated submodule to include the fix at hyperledger-identus/sdk-ts@b357516c. Signed-off-by: Pat Losoponkul <patextreme@hotmail.com>
