Describe the bug

The default "set trading pair" for backpack_perpetual connector should be "BTC-USDC" vs "BTC-USDT"

ERROR: 500, message="204, message='Attempt to decode JSON with unexpected mimetype: ', url='https://api.backpack.exchange/api/v1/ticker?symbol=BTC_USDT_PERP'", url='http://hummingbot-api:8000/market-data/prices'

Steps to reproduce

1.telegrambot
2. /trade
3. select connector "CEX", "backback_perpetual"
4. default trade pairs: BTC-USDT
5. I click on select trading pair and enter BTC only and press enter
6. the pair that comes up for BTC is "BTC-USDC"
