Show banner on all competition pages, set browser tab titles

What

• The competition banner now renders on the info, rules and leaderboard pages, not just the competition view, giving every page the same navigation.
• Banner nav buttons reordered to Competition → Leaderboard → Rules → Info; the Admin button moves to the top-right corner.
• Panel headings no longer repeat the competition name, and the "Back to competition" buttons are gone — the banner handles navigation.
• Browser tab titles: competition pages show the competition name (or its optional main-menu label); admin pages show "{module name} - Administration". Previously every Kickoff page showed only the site name.
• Opens the 1.0.6 (Unreleased) CHANGELOG section.
