• Startup performance and CI guardrails. Re-architected startup around native background runtime, bundle splitting, cold-start cache, and dependency-graph budgets. Home first-screen render improved from ~1.8s to <250ms on iPhone 17 Pro, and from ~3.5s to 600-650ms on Redmi K60 Pro; CI now blocks non-critical modules from entering startup paths.
