Empty Slot information on various prompts

It's helpful to be able to see the set of empty slots in the changer, especially when finding a spot to add a new series of discs that belong together. With this release, the disc scan & delete prompts show the actual empty set of slots reported by the disc changer. The disc move dialog shows the set of discs for which the DiscChanger.json file has no entries.
