Program, not library - convert_test_gui

The six .cpp files under libraries/support/convert_test_gui/ are a Qt
GUI test application, not a library. They should be moved to
programs/tests/convert_test_gui/, or to 'cosmos/source/Tools', to remove them from the library build.
