Audit timeline publication URLs could expand a390px mobile viewport to495px because the detail flex child could not shrink or wrap long strings. Allow that child to shrink and wrap while preserving the complete evidence text.
Add a Chromium regression using the compiled shared renderer at390/1280px. It checks exact URL/digest text, text line bounds and clipping ancestors; mutations confirm the original CSS and hidden clipped text fail.
Validation: make test; backend go test -race -count=1 ./...; docs/SEO; new layout regression; native TIA check; actual71-record mission API/desktop/mobile keyboard/detail workflow. Independent static diff review CLEAN after correcting a clipping-assertion gap. Compiler remains the documented88e49597 pin (tree matching tested c79 default).
