Current Frame broke the documented Board build, seed/dashboard and browser requests. This consumer uses explicit handler/runtime grants, exact scopes for the existing GitHub Factory reads, current nil handling and exact browser API/page grants. An ungranted Factory URL returns a visible denied error without contacting the target or starting Factory.
README and CI now pin signed Frame88e49597bf121ad1ea2ff05aabf3d9c4cc2ccfef, integrating Frame183–187 and matching the source/test/CI tree of defaultc79be908. The older documented compiler/Board pair remains available for rollback. Production grants contain no wildcard or localhost scope.
Public make test, backend race, docs/SEO and complete final-head/default CI passed. Independently rebuilt default Frame and merged Board consumed the actual65-record mission ledger in Chromium: exact API/timeline/detail comparisons, all23 accepted-item keyboard details and desktop/mobile checks passed without page/console/network errors. Recorded source promotion, missing execution times/exits and absent authority envelopes remain truthful. This verifies source compatibility, not package release or persistent campaign supervision. Original independent source-diff reviews are retained.
