Hostlex operates virtual servers, dedicated hardware, game servers and object storage in data centres across Germany and Finland. Ordering, provisioning and renewals are automated end to end: a service is delivered as soon as it is paid for and is managed from a single customer panel. When something needs a human, tickets go straight to the engineers who run the platform.

- Automation first. Orders, provisioning and renewals run without waiting for staff.
- Transparent billing. The price on the website is the price at checkout. VAT is calculated for the customer's country and shown on its own line, and every payment comes with a PDF invoice.
- Prepaid accounts. Services are paid from the account balance, topped up by card via Stripe, bank transfer via Wise or cryptocurrency via Cryptomus.
- Engineering support. Tickets are free on every plan and are answered by the people who operate the infrastructure.
