Software Engineer · Open Source Contributor · AI & Developer Infrastructure
I'm a Computer Science & IT graduate from SOA University interested in building software at the intersection of AI, developer tooling, code intelligence, and backend systems.
My focus has increasingly shifted toward understanding how real software systems behave — investigating unfamiliar codebases, tracing execution paths, reproducing bugs, identifying root causes, and shipping reliable fixes with regression tests.
I enjoy the engineering work that happens before the code is written: understanding the system, challenging assumptions, and finding the smallest change that solves the actual problem.
- Contributing to Pomerado and exploring production-grade developer infrastructure
- Building CodeAlign, a tool for validating implementation plans against real codebases
- Exploring TraceKit and AI-assisted developer tooling
- Working across TypeScript, Python, Go, and JavaScript
- Strengthening my skills in debugging, testing, code intelligence, and system design
- Looking for opportunities with engineering teams that value ownership, curiosity, and open source
I've been contributing to open-source projects across developer tooling, AI infrastructure, code intelligence, and application development.
- Pomerado — Investigating sign-in flows, session handling, browser automation, and edge cases in authentication and replay behavior.
- Graphify — Contributing to code intelligence, graph construction, import resolution, and repository analysis.
- Agent Orchestrator — Exploring Go-based agent infrastructure and developer tooling.
- Continue — Exploring AI-powered developer tooling.
- PDA — Contributing to an open-source full-stack application.
My open-source workflow:
Understand the Architecture
↓
Reproduce the Problem
↓
Trace Execution Paths
↓
Identify the Root Cause
↓
Design a Minimal Fix
↓
Write Regression Tests
↓
Validate & Ship
For me, a meaningful contribution isn't just a merged PR. It's understanding why a problem exists, proving the fix works, and making sure the behavior stays correct.
Validate your implementation plan against the real codebase before you code.
CodeAlign is a developer tool designed to compare implementation plans with actual codebase structure and behavior. It uses code intelligence to establish a baseline, identify potential mismatches, and support verification of implementation work.
I'm exploring how implementation planning, repository analysis, and agent-driven coding can work together to make AI-assisted software development more reliable.

The broader goal is to help developers do more than generate code — to understand existing systems, investigate failures, and reason about complex codebases.

Open source has taught me that writing code is only one part of engineering.
A large part of the work is:
Reading code you didn't write.
Understanding decisions you didn't make.
Reproducing bugs you didn't create.
And fixing problems without breaking everything around them.
That's the kind of engineer I'm working toward becoming: someone who can navigate unfamiliar systems, take ownership of ambiguous problems, and deliver changes that are small, tested, and reliable.
