Independent users can now receive one exact installation kit instead of rebuilding the harness and configuring Python environments themselves.
mimo walkthrough-packpackages the matching wheel, reviewed portable Python dependencies, a cross-platform bootstrap, a Chinese walkthrough and three blank participant slots.The bootstrap validates file hashes, installs into a new private environment without online dependency resolution, checks the installed engine, and preserves feedback and per-attempt logs on resume. A verified bundled pip wheel repairs partial installations even when pip/CLI entry files are missing. UTF-8 subprocesses support Chinese paths and spaces. Standalone

Participant slots, templates and automated rehearsals do not count as real people. The kit records zero human trials and zero model calls. Live-model credentials/allowance, three actual independent users and the maintainer's license choice remain external acceptance inputs. This is v0.12 beta code; no stable release is published.
