Removes [form-data](https://github.com/form-data/form-data). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [form-data](https://github.com/form-data/form-data), [ember-cli](https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli) and [ember-cli-sass](https://github.com/adopted-ember-addons/ember-cli-sass). These dependencies need to be updated together.
