Repo cards for forks in the upstream watch now show a badge: the upstream, whether the watch is on, and the last check time (or never checked). Adds
upstream,upstreamWatchOn,upstreamLastChecktoFrontendRepo, filled from config and the watch state file.Scope: only the badge (requirements 1–3). The Check-now button, immediate first check and fork-point start are not included. Fork status is derived from the upstream watch config, not a GitHub fork lookup.
