Hold a persistent nonblocking flock guard across sentinel acquisition, stale takeover, and release. Renaming a stale sentinel could move a fresh winner out of the way and admit another controller before restoration. Add deterministic live-holder exclusion and guard-inode reuse coverage, and clean up the held winner in the concurrent takeover test.
