Looks correct to me.

• src/docs/adr/0025-central-stage-engine.md exists on hivecommons/hive@v5, which is the branch sync-hive-docs.ts fetches from by default (scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts:16).
• main() iterates files sequentially (scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts:241-256); 0025 is now the last entry, so moving the test's completion sentinel to adr/0025-central-stage-engine.md (scripts/sync-hive-docs.main.test.ts:68) keeps it waiting for the final log line, as #390 did for 0024.
• Nav entry in src/app/docs/page-map.ts:183 matches the sync target path.

The red Netlify deploy-preview/"Pages changed" checks also failed on already-merged #414 and #416, so they look like a deploy-preview environment issue rather than this diff. Changelog fragment name added-adr-0025-sync.md follows the <category>-<slug>.md convention.

Deferred to shared-CI incident #419: every Netlify deploy for hivecommons-docs (including production main) has been error/skipped since 2026-10-21 09:38 UTC — the preview never builds, so the red netlify/* checks here are not caused by this diff (GitHub Lint/build, ESLint, Vitest and link checks are green). No retries until the baseline deploy is green.
