Implements option A from #236.
npm run formatreformat (127 files; review withgit diff -w) in its own commit.Prettierstep (npm run format:check) added totypecheck.ymlafter ESLint; path filters extended with.prettierrc.json,.prettierignore,vitest.config.ts.npm run formatbefore pushing.This branch is stacked on #237 and will show that commit until it merges.
