🐛 docs: fix release-channels mirror org text and publish the stable soak policy page - #234

…k policy page - Keep ghcr.io/kubestellar/* intact in the legacy-branding scrub: it is the real cross-org mirror that the stable promotion workflow publishes to, so the 'both published orgs' list no longer repeats the same repo twice. - Sync src/docs/stable-soak-policy.md and list it under Operations so the release-channels page links to a rendered page instead of GitHub source. #180 — "both published orgs" listed the same repo twice.
scrubLegacyBrandingrewrites everykubestellar→hivecommons, which also hitghcr.io/kubestellar/*. That org is not legacy branding:promote-stable.ymlmirrors every channel toghcr.io/kubestellar(CROSS_ORG: kubestellar). The scrub now preservesghcr.io/kubestellar/via a sentinel; regression test added.#181 — link went to GitHub source, no rendered page.
stable-soak-policy.mdwas not in the sync allowlist, so the generic link rewriter fell back to ablob/v5URL. Added it to the allowlist and the Operations nav right after Release channels; the link now resolves to/docs/hive/stable-soak-policy.Verified: vitest (scrub + sync suites, 24 passed),
tsc --noEmit, eslint,check-links(261 links, 0 broken), and a localsync-hive-docsrun producing the committed snapshot.Fixes #180
