The Vitest workflow runs `npx vitest run --coverage`, which fails if coverage
falls below the thresholds in `vitest.config.ts` (lines, functions, branches,
statements) across `src/`, `scripts/` and `netlify/`. Add tests alongside new
code in those directories.
