fix: self-host fonts to remove build-time Google Fonts dependency - #138

…me Google Fonts fetch Replaces next/font/google usage for IBM Plex Sans, Fraunces and JetBrains Mono in both layouts with next/font/local, referencing committed woff2 files in src/fonts/. This removes the network dependency on fonts.googleapis.com during next build, which was causing intermittent Turbopack module-not-found failures in the Build workflow.
