Minimal real Aegis f274278 independently clones returned Rules; same unchanged frozen harness21/21 all metrics green. Final clean candidate edb9f55 rerun21/21. Red+green traces/content hashes/package source+dist manifests committed. No thresholds moved or holdout used; no LLM judge or hazardous execution.
Verification
Full build/typecheck+verify:evidence49claims105traces980assertions; exact receipts verifier recomputes row/arm/summary scores, baseline repeats, checks21-row roster and source/dist. New portable GitHub workflow builds core+experiment and reruns against exact clean edb9f55 Aegis candidate then audits actual artifacts. Older machine-local deps not rewritten.
Aegis full release1145tests green; focused16red4pass→20green; static50/50 historical evidence. See linked Aegis PR #70. Prior pending experiments60–63 not included. Direct loader binding/intentional result mutation remain host contract. No ACR changes.
