Historical imports were omitted from dashboard headline counts because those metrics included only unexpired cache entries. Show all stored records and statuses while keeping active-cache statistics available separately.
The first production collection run also received three responses followed by HTTP 403 rejections classified by the client as quota failures. Stop the Salesforce queueable chain on retryable upstream failures. Keep rejected, still-uncaptured codes eligible after untouched codes on a later day; successful codes remain permanently excluded and the daily ceiling stays ten.
Validation: 32 Python tests and Ruff pass, including expired historical totals and recovery of quota-rejected codes without repeating successful captures. Salesforce validation covers stopping on retryable responses. No more production upstream probes will be made today.
