POST-MERGE RED — do not treat this delivery as release-green. Both PR heads were CI SUCCESS+MERGEABLE/CLEAN before ordinary expected-head merge. Aegis merged-main release-check39914001768 FAILED: unchanged RT57 test many individually-fast matches... calibrated40ms jobs returned unresolved slow-1/slow-9. Exp70 focused tests passed; SwarmLab merged-main actual-pinned-package exp70CI39914007848 SUCCESS (and64/65/67green). Source diff baseline27375f6→merged32391a4 is EMPTY for regex-budget.ts and runtime-regex-budget.test.ts. This suggests timing-calibration sensitivity but is not proof of a harmless flake; no retry-until-lucky or speculative runtime patch. Full failed log preserved in nightly2026-10-22 artifacts. HOLD release-level improvement claim pending dedicated diagnosis. |

Evaluator-only inclusive caps:65536 command UTF16 units,64unique variants including original,8192decoded units. Shared collector stops at first exceeding unique candidate; preserves original/admitted-prefix matching. Independent ask+diagnostic cannot waive genuine deny. Standalone helper and preprocessfalse compatible; pending exp68/69 not imported.
16focused tests, full release:check build/typecheck1208tests green; stored catalogue52/52 regression-only. Paired SwarmLab PR follows with traces/receipts/live CI. No.acr edits.
LIMIT: deterministic admission contract, NOT observed exhaustion, speedup, absolute resource bound or certification. Raw oversized input still matched. Exact-head CI+clean mergeability required.
