SwarmLab Spec74 / exp68 preregistered cumulative native work, explicitly outside exp67 per-match scope. Repeated real-main baselines: 8/8multi-rule hazards watchdog1500ms;13compatibility+8linear controls passed. Runtime fee7bd9 same frozen design:0watchdogs,21/21cases+8linear controls green. Shared250ms native-matching deadline, retries never refresh it; explicit unknown ask floor, retained proven hits and independent substring/predictor deny.19new focused tests+25RT57 regressions pass; full release initially1211tests; final catalogue adds1test. Red catalogue roster-count failure preserved and corrected; final checks pending observation.
Boundaries
Not absolute evaluate/preprocess/plan-building/loader/compilation/memory bound. Host owns provenance/execution. Source .acr unchanged; Territory not refreshed. No held branches imported. Source/dist manifests and exact pin in paired SwarmLab branch nightly/2026-10-20-exp68 (PR link follows). Stored RT58 catalogue historical regression only; fresh executable CI separately. No merge until exact-head CI green and clean.
