Hello and thank you for this useful library.
This pr adds a
"jis"romanization option based on JIS X 4063.I know JIS X 4063 is meant to be an input method and not a romanization system, so I understand if you think its outside the scope of this package.
The idea is it will produce a romanized text that when plugged back into IME will produce the original kana text.
