Summary

  • Implements Plugin: Clipboard History #47 — polls clipboard.readText() every 1.5s (the plugin API has no clipboard-change event, so polling is the only option), keeps a searchable, size-limited history with pin/unpin, and click-to-copy on any entry.
  • Pinned entries are exempt from the size limit; unpinned entries beyond the configured limit are trimmed on each new capture.

Note for review

Same gap as #118 (Snippets Manager): the issue asks for "quick-paste into terminal" via terminal.write, which isn't actually implemented on the host (api.terminal doesn't exist despite the permission being in the type enum — see hermes-ide#383's related database-permission gap). Click-to-copy is the substitute until that lands.

Test plan

  • npm install
  • tsc --noEmit clean
  • npm run build (vite) clean
  • Manual test in a running hermes-ide build

Implements hermes-hq#47 — polls clipboard.readText() every 1.5s (no
clipboard-change event exists in the plugin API), keeps a searchable,
size-limited history, pin/unpin, click-to-copy.

Note: same terminal.write gap as hermes-hq#118 (Snippets
Manager) — "quick-paste into terminal" isn't implementable since
api.terminal isn't exposed. Click-to-copy is the substitute.
