Summary

Clarify HeimForge's supported server deployment topologies and remove Docker-specific wording from generic generated documentation.

Changes

• clarify that Docker is optional and only used for lifecycle integration
• document local deployment and remote POSIX/Windows deployment over SSH
• document the limitation for managed hosts that expose only FTP/SFTP or a file-management panel
• make generated server topology wording hosting-agnostic
• add regression coverage for the generated topology wording
• update the stale generated-README fixture expectation
