Windows CI 的 TEMP 返回 8.3 短名(C:\Users\RUNNER~1\...)，生产代码内部用 realpath 得到长名，按路径字符串比较的故障注入与断言全部失效，导致 FS1/FS2/FS4/N1/N2/N3/R2 及 write-policy 等 19 项失败。fixture 现在先对 MCP_TEST_ROOT/os.tmpdir() 做 realpath 再创建用例目录。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
