This repo is used to maintain a common library of Node utiities for Blockchain for Healthcare and Life Sciences (BCHLS) solutions. See the solution_template project README for instructions on how to pull in the utils library as a git submodule.
Install NodeJS v8.x or v10.x and npm v6.x or greater. NodeJS for various platforms can be found here.
