PR Summary

Dependency updates (HTTP stack):

  • Bumps reqwest-tracing to 0.6.0 in Cargo.toml
  • Lockfile adds reqwest 0.13.1 and reqwest-middleware 0.5.0 (required by the new reqwest-tracing), coexisting with existing reqwest 0.12.x/reqwest-middleware 0.4.x
  • Adjusts lockfile to explicitly pin various crates to reqwest 0.12.28; updates reqwest-tracing entry accordingly
  • Minor transitive update: colored now uses windows-sys 0.59.0

Scope: No source code changes; dependency graph and lockfile updates only.

🤖 Augment PR Summary

Summary: This PR updates the Rust workspace dependency reqwest-tracing from 0.5.8 to 0.6.0 (Renovate-driven dependency bump).

Changes:

  • Updated reqwest-tracing version in the workspace Cargo.toml.

Technical Notes: Upstream reqwest-tracing v0.6.0 adds support for OpenTelemetry 0.30, but it also targets newer reqwest/reqwest-middleware versions—worth confirming this aligns with the workspace pins and existing middleware usage.

reqwest-tracing 0.6.0 depends on reqwest ^0.13 and reqwest-middleware ^0.5, while this workspace pins reqwest 0.12 and reqwest-middleware 0.4.2. This can lead to incompatible middleware trait types in crates that call ClientBuilder::with(TracingMiddleware::...) (e.g. libs/@local/graph/type-fetcher/src/fetcher_server.rs:70).
