The purpose of this pull is to add a missing dependency (CGI::Cookie). I also took a stab at making some of the whitespace usag (tabs vs spaces, etc.) a bit more consistent.
I took the liberty of incrementing the version as well (not sure if that's out of place on my part or not), hopefully not stepping on any toes.
