🎨 Palette: Added helpful tooltips to primary form submit buttons.

💡 What: Added the help parameter to st.form_submit_button calls in script.py for Download, Generate, Debug, Convert, Execute, and Example actions.
🎯 Why: To provide contextual information on hover, making the application's core actions more intuitive and confident for users to interact with.
Accessibility: Improves discoverability for users navigating the UI, providing immediate descriptions of complex actions.
