When a user hovers over Example, this tooltip promises to load code, but the submit handler only populates the task prompt and sample stdin/stdout; it never updates generated_code, so any previously generated code even remains visible after the rerun. Change the help text to describe loading an example prompt and I/O, or make the handler actually load example code.
