Summary
Rebase the single-dependency
filelockmajor-version update from stale Dependabot #36 onto the current main branch. Changes onlybackend/requirements.txtfromfilelock==3.20.3tofilelock==4.2.4.Independent compatibility check
Tested on an isolated copy of current RepoPilot main

Require fresh backend CI on Python 3.11/3.12/3.13, Playwright/browser CI, and CodeQL to pass on this head. Major-version change deserves review of OS-specific lock behavior (particularly Windows/macOS), not a blanket compatibility guarantee.
