Minor bump covering work since v1.13.0: - save_pulse / load_pulse JLD2 persistence for AbstractPulse (#81) - mathematician-convention Lie algebra generators (#188) - default_algorithm method for CompositeQuantumSystem (#176) - PR101 follow-up fixes (#179) Also widens NamedTrajectories compat to "0.8, 0.9" so installs can pick up the newly registered NamedTrajectories 0.9.0.
