Updates the shared ResumePicker UI to match the new interaction model: a two-row layout with a base-resume selector that opens an inline dropdown, plus an always-visible upload row, with a dedicated empty-state upload card when no saved resumes exist.
Changes:
- Replaces the “all items visible” list with a two-row layout (base selector + upload row).
- Adds an inline dropdown for switching between saved resumes, including outside-click dismissal.
- Introduces a full-height centered upload card for the “no resumes yet” empty state.
