Copies the peer dependency versions from supercons Since we don't really use any new react features this should be fairly forward and backward compatible Also `npm audit fix` to remove vulnerabilities

Updated the react dependency to 19.2.0 for compatibility with new react projects

npm audit fixto remove vulnerabilitiesDoes not update the version in package.json, though there should be a new version released on npm sometime after this gets merged
