feat: say when to buy what in the simplified shopping export - #81

The simplified export wrote one flat list, so its reader bought every batch on day one, even when the plan splits the shopping into several trips. It now writes the same trip sections as the detailed and the checklist exports, with one "Ingredient: amount" line per trip. The freeze note now rides on the line of the trip that freezes the item, as in the detailed export. computeFreezeOnArrivalIngredientIds only existed to mark the flat list, so it is gone. The simplified shopping export now says when to buy what. It writes one section per shop trip, the same way as the detailed and the checklist exports.
