feat: add the 29 "Fichas de cocina" recipes to the default catalogue

Adds all 29 recipes from the scanned "Fichas de cocina" booklet to the default recipe book. Every new ingredient has a Mercadona product. This is a data-only change: only menu_management/assets/RecipeBook.tsr changes.

What changed

• 29 recipes were added. The booklet gives amounts for 4 people, and the app stores 1 serving, so every amount is divided by 4.
• 26 new ingredients were added. Each one has a Mercadona product (bcn1 warehouse). The user approved the candidates.
• Existing ingredients are reused where one fits, to keep the shopping list small. Examples: Mozzarella rallada for "queso de fundir", Pasta tortiglioni for macarrones and espaguetis, Ajo troceado for garlic cloves, and Zumo de limón for lemon.
• gramsPerPiece: where a recipe counts an item in pieces but the pack is sold by weight (bay leaf, chili, cinnamon stick, peach), the ingredient gets gramsPerPiece so the shopping list can convert.

Changes from the booklet

• Mercadona has no chicharro, so "Chicharro al horno" is now "Dorada al horno" (dorada limpia, 81234.1).
• Mercadona has no salsa tártara, so the salmon recipe now makes its own from mayonnaise, pickles and lemon.
• These are kept out of menu generation (includeInMenuGeneration: false), because they are parts of other dishes and not meals:
  • Salsa bechamel
  • Salsa bechamel al microondas
  • Salsa de tomate casera
  • Mermelada de melocotón
  • Mermelada de fresa
• Names that clashed with existing recipes got a suffix. The vegetable "Paella" already exists, so the new one is "Paella de pollo y judías verdes".
• The tarta de queso uses harina de trigo instead of Maizena, because it needs only 1 tablespoon for the whole cake. Torrijas get sunflower oil for frying, which the booklet does not list.

Review note

GitHub's diff may show about 2700 deleted lines. They are not real. Git's default diff method matches the repeated JSON lines badly. With git diff --histogram main the change is 3445 added lines and 0 deleted lines. A script also confirmed that every existing ingredient and recipe is unchanged.

Testing

• flutter test test/: all 1053 tests pass. This includes default_data_test.dart, which checks ingredient references, unique IDs and step inputs.
• Format check and flutter analyze: clean.
