As a user of throwscape, I'd want to be able to test the webserver without providing any static pages to serve.
For this it would be optimal to create a default homepage (simmilar to nginx, etc).
Actual usage of this page could either be by somehow embedding it into the compiled binary (see this for more) or just making it the default through the Docker image.
