- packages/tauri: Tauri 2 + WebView2 shell mounting @boardown/ui over Tauri IPC; the path guard, git spawn and file watcher live in Rust, every decision stays in core; NSIS-only bundle postfixed -tauri
- CI: build-tauri-windows.yml for on-demand builds; the Release workflow's Windows leg compiles the shell and attaches the installer to every GitHub Release
- docs: README build instructions; PRODUCT.md and CLAUDE.md describe the new shell
