aeo: log what shipped today, and split "pending" from "planned" - #17

Conversation
Adds today's entries and the outstanding third-party listings. The status vocabulary was wrong. "planned" means dated and not yet out; "shipped" means live. A submitted-but-unmerged PR is neither, and calling it "planned" loses the thing that matters: someone else decides when it lands, and until they do it cannot have moved a model. That distinction is not academic. The public-apis entry was submitted on 21 August and read as done for four weeks while sitting in a CONFLICTING state no one would merge. Submitted is not shipped. pendingstatus, andtrend.pycarries the reasoning at the point where it prints the flag — reading a pending row as a cause is how a flat result gets blamed on the wrong thing.Today
