view: show values over three or more axes #2069

Problem
The sheet expands a value over at most two axes (web/view/src/layout.ts, render.ts, main.ts). For a value over three or more axes, each cell shows the remaining axis instead of a number, and there is no way to expand it.
Example: mass_3d in tests/fixtures/valid/table_literal.gcl (axes Scenario, Phase, Maneuver) shows [Maneuver] in its cells.
Proposed fix
- Short term: say plainly that values over three or more axes are not supported yet.
- Then: let the reader choose per axis what to show, with keys of any length. This needs a design.
