Summary

give the contract CTA a 44 px minimum hit area
give footer navigation links 44 px minimum hit areas
preserve the inline methodology link as inline prose

Verification

python3 scripts/check_site.py
python3 scripts/check_core_sync.py ../graphabi
Playwright at 320, 390, 768, and 1440 px in light, dark, and reduced-motion modes
no horizontal overflow; only the inline prose-link exception remains below 44 px
