This adds support for writing raw SQL queries that hit the druid SQL api (http://druid.io/docs/latest/querying/sql.html). It uses the "Toggle Edit Mode" feature in the query editor to switch input to a text box and accepts a SQL string. Also fixes a few small formatting issues in nearby code (but makes no functional changes to existing query builder).
